Eric Berg

Eric Berg is a sales leader at ADP with over a decade of experience in business development, operations management, and talent development. Throughout their career, they have navigated various challenges, including economic downturns and technological shifts, continuously empowering others to achieve success. Eric has held positions with Allstate Financial, where they led commercial policy initiatives and managed sales teams across several regions. They earned a B.A.A. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University. Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball, and fishing.
