Eric Mackaluso has extensive experience in the field of people analytics, currently serving as Vice President and Head of People Analytics at ADP since December 2016. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at UBS from June 2001 to December 2016, including Global HR Analytics Strategic Project & Insights Lead and HR Analytics Lead for Wealth Management Americas. Early career experience includes roles in compensation and payroll analytics, as well as co-owning Supermack Productions. Eric's educational background features a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan, completed between 1997 and 2001.
