Erinn O'Boyle, PHR, PMP, is the Sr. Director of Strategic Initiatives at ADP, where they currently lead strategic projects. They previously held various roles at ADP, including Sr. Project Manager and Operations Manager from 2015 to 2019, and Resource Manager COS from 2009 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Erinn served as an HRIS Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts from 1999 to 2001. Erinn earned a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Marketing from Boston College.
