Ethan Kessinger

Ethan Kessinger is currently the Director of Product Management at ADP Ventures, where they leverage their expertise in early-stage product development and AI solutions for recruiters and job seekers. Previously, Ethan served as the Director of Product at Realworld, overseeing agile product processes while developing long-term visions across multiple platforms and product lines. They co-founded TchrVoice, creating diagnostic tools for educators, and held a leadership role at Success Academy Charter Schools, where they enhanced their school culture and helped improve student performance. Ethan began their career as a Product Manager at Crowdpac, significantly increasing revenue and user engagement during their tenure. They are pursuing an MBA at NYU Stern and hold a BA from Stanford University.
