Eva Douglass

Eva Douglass is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner II at ADP since February 2025. Prior to this role, Eva was a Human Resources Manager at RVNAhealth, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies and managing employee relations. Eva's extensive background also includes serving as an HR Specialist III and coordinating hiring processes at Green Chimneys, as well as holding various positions that focused on case management and service provision for youth in different capacities. Eva holds a Master of Science in Human Services from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western Connecticut State University.
