Eva Egea has over 25 years of experience in project management and instructional design. At Citi from November 1998 to March 2017, Eva led training workshops across North America and managed the new hire sales program. Following this, Eva served as a People Development Specialist at Fairstone Bank from April 2017 to January 2025, where responsibilities included designing interactive e-learning modules and implementing a new hire training program for the Customer Service department. Currently, as an Instructional Designer at ADP since June 2025, Eva focuses on creating innovative, learner-centered training solutions utilizing modern design methodologies to meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
