Fábio Silva

Fábio Silva is a forward-thinking PMP® ESG Project Manager with a strong background in project management, change management, and digital transformation. They have held roles such as Sustainable Finance Project Manager at BNP Paribas, where they developed frameworks for sustainable finance strategy, and they are currently a Senior Project Manager at ADP. Fábio has also served as an ESG Consultant at ISS ESG, conducting assessments on sustainable finance instruments. They began their career as an HR Data Analyst Trainee at Great Place to Work Institute and have extensive experience in leadership as a football referee. Fábio holds an Executive Master in Program & Project Management from INDEG-ISCTE and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas.
