Fernando Pesa

Fernando Pesa has a diverse background in technology and engineering, with extensive experience in leadership roles across several companies. From January 2004 to December 2010, Fernando served as the Owner of SPZ Consulting, providing strategic consulting in information technology. Subsequently, Fernando held various positions, including Software Engineer at TeleNova Communications, Technology Director at TeleHUMANA, and Project Manager at W3Haus. After a period at ADP, first as Software Development Manager and then Senior Director Application Development, Fernando transitioned to hold roles as Software Engineering Manager at Meta and Software Engineering Director at FanDuel. Currently, Fernando is the Senior Director of Platform Engineering at ADP, taking the lead within the SBS-RUN organization, while also managing engineering teams in the Fan Ecosystem at Fanatics, Inc. Fernando's expertise spans engineering management, application development, and strategic consulting in technology.
