Gail Garner has extensive experience in technical and client support roles, beginning as a Software Support Analyst at National Data Corporation from 1989 to 1994. Following this, Gail served as an Application Support Analyst at Ceridian from 1997 to 1999, providing technical support for HR/Payroll applications and assisting clients with data mapping. Subsequently, from 1999 to 2002, Gail worked at ADP in various capacities, including 2nd Level Technical Support Analyst, Senior Account Manager, Implementation Consultant II, Sr. Client Service & Product Support Specialist, and Human Capital Management Consultant II, where responsibilities included managing complex payroll processing and fostering long-term client relationships. Gail holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems from Grambling State University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Clark Atlanta University.
