Garima Arora, CFA, currently serves as a Senior Investment Analyst at ADP, focusing on corporate venture capital investments in the future of work. Previously, Garima held various roles at Bain & Company, including Senior Associate and Analyst, while also working in the CEO's Office at Mylo. As a co-founder of the first Indian chapter of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organisation, Garima led initiatives to support student entrepreneurs, authored a blog on business models, and organized major economics fests. Additional experience includes roles at Emerging India Value Advisory, Yuva, Orangewood Labs, and Duff & Phelps, where Garima gained expertise in financial modeling, start-up incubation, and research. Garima holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Finance from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies and a High School Diploma in Commerce from Apeejay Stya Education.
