Gregg DeWaele, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over fifteen years of experience in organization and leadership development consultation. Currently serving as the Director of Learning Programs at ADP, they lead global delivery and program management of Corporate Leadership Development programs. Previously, Gregg held roles with Motorola where they advised senior leadership on employee relations and change management. They possess a diverse background in coaching, performance management, and team effectiveness, and are certified in various leadership development methodologies. Gregg earned a BSW in Social Work from Northeastern Illinois University and a MA in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago.
