Hayley Maxwell

Hayley Maxwell is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the human resources outsourcing (HRO) sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at ADP since August 2015, Maxwell has held various leadership roles within the company, including Sales Executive and Elite Senior District Manager. Prior to joining ADP, Maxwell worked at Yoi Corp as a Senior Account Manager and at Six Spoke Media as an Enterprise Account Manager. Earlier career highlights include leadership positions at FitOrbit as Director of Content & Marketing and Operations Manager, as well as a Store Manager role at Cold Stone Creamery. Maxwell also contributed as an Account Planner for the American Advertising Federation and held positions in public relations and journalism during educational years at the University of Oregon, where Maxwell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Communication Studies, and Business Administration.
