Heather Agee

Heather Agee is a strategic HR professional with over 16 years of experience in human resources, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and training and development. Heather began their career as an HR Generalist at Penloyd LLC, where they developed recruiting programs and advised management on HR policies. They then served as a Human Resources Consultant at Paychex, partnering with multi-state clients to enhance workplace culture. Most recently, Heather works as a Human Resources Business Partner at ADP. They are also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology at the University of North Texas.
