Heather Granger

Heather Granger possesses extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, having held various senior positions across multiple organizations. At ADP, from September 2011 to June 2016, Heather served as Senior Director of Enterprise Learning and Senior Director of Training and Development. Prior to that, at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, Heather worked as a Human Resource Business Partner and Manager of Leadership Development from January 2010 to September 2011. Earlier roles include Director of Human Resources at The RightThing, Inc., from August 2004 to March 2010, and Project Manager at Aon Consulting from January 2001 to January 2003. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Interpersonal Communications from Bowling Green State University, earned between August 1996 and May 2000.
