Heather Granger, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Enterprise Learning at ADP since July 2016. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Senior Director of Training and Development at ADP from September 2011 to June 2016. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resource Business Partner and Manager of Leadership Development at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, and Director of Human Resources at The RightThing, Inc. Heather also worked as a Project Manager at Aon Consulting. Educationally, Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Interpersonal Communications from Bowling Green State University, earned from 1996 to 2000.
