Heather Moss

Heather Moss has a robust background in Human Capital Management and private equity through their current role at ADP, where they lead initiatives in mergers and acquisitions, portfolio operations, and operational effectiveness. Previously, they held positions in client development at Mercer Health & Benefits and served as a board member for Fig and Sales Empowerment Group, LLC. Heather is pursuing a degree at the Universidad de Granada while also working towards a BA in Speech Communications with a minor in Spanish from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Their extensive experience and strategic focus contribute significantly to enhancing operational efficiency and de-risking transactions in the private equity space.
