Howard Dawson is currently an Enterprise Learning Consultant - APAC at ADP, specializing in HCM/HRIS software facilitation and consultation. Previously, Howard served as a Learning And Development Specialist and held various roles at NSW Health, including NSW eMR Learning Coordinator and Training Project Manager, where they successfully coordinated extensive training programs for over 150,000 staff. With experience as an Elearning Manager at HETI, Howard led the implementation of a statewide Learning Management System and innovative educational technologies. They also held positions as a Senior Business Analyst and Managing Director in the learning and development sector, beginning their career in instructional design and technical training. Howard obtained a Graduate Diploma in Interactive Multimedia eLearning from the University of Technology Sydney.
