Ian Scott

Service Executive, Retirement Services Division

Ian Scott has a diverse career spanning various leadership roles in the hospitality and corporate sectors. Beginning at Marriott International from May 1995 to November 1996, Ian progressed through positions including Assistant Front Desk Manager and Front Office Manager. Following this, a tenure at IMAX Ltd as General Manager from June 1999 to January 2003 involved comprehensive management of the West Nyack Theater, overseeing business operations and P&L accountability. Ian then transitioned to Hertz, where from January 2003 to June 2014, senior roles included Senior Director of Revenue Management, directing a team to enhance revenue across a vast network of locations, and Director of Pricing Strategy, providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Most recently, from July 2018 to September 2023, Ian served as Senior Director of Organizational Readiness at ADP, contributing to service executive roles within the Retirement Services Division. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Seton Hall University, earned in 1993.
