Ian Sparrow

Ian Sparrow has extensive experience in payroll services and human capital management, currently serving as Vice President - Global Payroll for MNC at ADP since December 2015. In this role, Ian oversees the strategy for multinational payroll services and manages ADP's global Partner Network across 111 countries. Additionally, Ian has held positions at ADP Streamline as Partner Network and Special Project Director since January 2009, focusing on the acquisition and management of payroll service providers worldwide. Prior experience includes serving as European Projects Director and Special Projects Director at ADP from January 2002 to January 2009, where responsibilities encompassed the development of service definitions and the deployment of integrated payroll and HR services for mid-sized organizations.
