James Shearer

James Shearer has extensive experience in technology and infrastructure management, having served in various roles across multiple organizations. They began their career as a Technology Consultant at Business Computers and Software from 1990 to 1992 and later became a Service Manager and Owner at Logic Technologies, Corp until 1993. At Silver Fox Computers, they held positions as Service Manager, Lead Technical Engineer, and Technology Trainer from 1993 to 1994, followed by a role as an Enterprise Technology Consultant at Vanstar from 1994 to 1995. From 1995 to 2006, James managed research and development at Westar Energy, and subsequently served as the District Technology Coordinator/CIO at Nelson County School District for a year. They continued to advance their career at ADP from 2007 to 2018, leading teams in Infrastructure Server Compliance Solutions and Data Center Management, while also being an international lead partner for a large number of servers globally. James earned an Associate of Arts in Business from Baker University, graduating with a GPA of 3.85.
