Over the years, Jane transitioned into various managerial roles, including Training Enablement Manager and Instructional Design Manager, where they focused on developing training processes and instructional materials. Jane later served as Vice President at SHPS, where they led client relations and operational oversight, and continued to excel in client services leadership at ADP, significantly improving client retention. Currently, Jane holds the position of Vice President of Professional Services at ADP, contributing to strategic client management and service excellence.
