Following this role, Katz served as Agent/Owner at Corporate Strategies, Inc., where strategic development of employee benefit packages was a key focus. As Co-Founder of MyPaperlessHR, Katz provided customizable HR/Payroll solutions, setting the company apart in the market. Katz has further excelled at ADP, first as a Sales Executive supporting record results in the Totalsource office and then as an Executive tasked with revitalizing team performance in the ASO division.
