Jeff Phipps

Jeff Phipps is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of ADP Northern Europe, leading the GlobalView organization and its operations. With over 30 years of experience in technology, operations, and international sales, Jeff previously served as Managing Director for ADP UK and Ireland for six years. They have been recognized with awards such as the iWIN Ally of Distinction and the Employer Services International Service Award. Jeff is a strong advocate for Corporate Social Responsibility and promotes a culture of inclusion within their teams. Jeff holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School.
