Jennifer Wright, CTFL, is a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer at ADP, where they have progressed through various roles including Lead Product Assurance Engineer and Technologies Consultant I. Prior to ADP, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Telcordia Technologies from 1999 to 2003. Since 2012, Jennifer has also served as a Travel Advisor at Empress Travel, helping clients realize their cruise vacation dreams. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Music Teacher Education from The College of New Jersey, which they completed in 1996.
