Jenny DeVaughn

Jenny DeVaughn is the Vice President of Internal Communications at ADP, where they oversee communication strategies for a diverse workforce of approximately 63,000 associates globally. Since joining ADP in 2013, Jenny has created multi-channel communication strategies that inspire and engage employees while supporting initiatives like the GenAI Now Office. With a background in talent consulting and social media branding, they previously held leadership roles in various organizations, including CEO at Social Precision and Senior Director at multiple divisions at ADP. Jenny earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix and is an active networker with a substantial presence on LinkedIn and Twitter/X. Jenny also contributes to the Ragan Communications and PR Daily Advisory Board.
