Jerome Jackson

Jerome Jackson, MBA, currently serves as Manager of Client Services at ADP since September 2021. Prior to this role, Jerome held positions including Sr. Director of University Partnerships at Archer Education, where the focus was on enhancing student recruitment through technology, and Director of New Partners at the Higher Education division of John Wiley and Sons, concentrating on expanding strategic Online Program Management partnerships. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Employer Partnerships at Keypath Education and Manager of Business Development at Brilliant™, among other roles in financial solutions and client management within the higher education sector. Jerome holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BA in Communication & Public Relations from Millikin University.
