Jessica Ryan is a seasoned leader specializing in Program Management, Compliance, and Client Experience, with extensive experience in the HCM sector. They previously held various roles, including Project Manager at HR XCEL from 2004 to 2007, where they implemented HRIS solutions and trained clients. Currently, Jessica serves as a Senior Program Manager at ADP, where they lead the HRO Program Management Office and oversee the launch of innovative HCM platforms. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and Management at the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
