Jillian Gil provides businesses with HR solutions and Fortune 500 benefits packages to enhance employee engagement and overall profitability. They began their career as a Sales Representative at Lady of America Franchise Corporation and later excelled as a Sales Representative at T-Mobile, consistently ranking among the top sales personnel. Jillian continued to build their expertise in sales as a Territory Sales Representative at Grainger before taking on the role of Senior District Manager at ADP, where they qualified for the President's Club in multiple years. They studied Public Relations/Image Management at Florida International University and are currently pursuing education at Miami International University of Art and Design.
