Jim Lord

Jim Lord, C.Mgr., has an extensive career at ADP since June 1996, culminating in the role of President of ADP Canada, where Jim drives transformational growth and service excellence. With a deep passion for innovation, Jim has held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President/General Manager of ADP Insurance Services and Vice President/General Manager of Small Business Services, East Region. Jim's responsibilities have spanned service delivery, operations, and client relations across multiple divisions, consistently focusing on enhancing client experiences. Jim's earlier roles include Vice President of Implementation and Major Accounts Implementation Manager. Prior to ADP, Jim worked at Longview Fibre Corp in quality control. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Liberal Arts from Providence College, obtained between 2010 and 2019.
