With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles across technology, medical, and HCM markets, Smith has a proven track record in team building, training development, and operational improvement. Prior to ADP, Smith consulted in marketing, operations, and strategy, and held various leadership positions at Havas Impact, where they enhanced sales, retention, and operational efficiency. Smith holds a Bachelor’s in Management from the University of Lynchburg and an MBA from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
