John Cook

John Cook is currently an Implementation Tech Lead III at ADP, specializing in human capital management and employee development. With a background in HR functions and process improvement, John has previously held roles such as HR Generalist at Day Wireless Systems and Client Program Manager at Adecco. They have experience in benefits administration, training, and employee relations, along with a strong technical support foundation from their time at Stream Global Services. John holds a BS in Psychology from Portland State University and is pursuing an MBA in HR Management at the University of Phoenix.
