John Genovesi is currently a Senior District Manager at ADP TotalSource, where they collaborate with small business owners to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Since joining ADP in 2018, they have received numerous accolades, including the 2023 President’s Club and recognition as District Manager of the Year for the Mid-Atlantic Division in 2021. Prior to their current role, John excelled as an HCM Consultant, earning the 2019 Pinnacle Award and various other honors. John is engaged in ongoing education at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
