John Stefko has over 25 years of experience in consulting with a focus on business growth and operational efficiency. Since August 1998, John has worked at ADP Franchise & Alliance Payroll Services as a Consultant, where the primary responsibilities include advising business owners on outsourcing non-revenue generating functions, optimizing financial management, and enhancing employee engagement to support overall business success. Prior to this role, John studied Business Administration at Wagner College from January 1994 to January 1998, following a foundational education at West Morris Central High School, which concluded in January 1994.
