Johnnie Waters

Johnnie Waters, SHRM-CP, is an Army National Guard veteran and currently serves as a Client HR Business Partner at ADP. Previously, Johnnie worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Prevailance Inc., where they contributed to high-value services and technology for the US Government, Department of Defense, and NATO. Prior to that role, Johnnie was a Workforce Services Representative at the Virginia Employment Commission. Johnnie is pursuing an MBA in Human Resources from Saint Leo University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management from Post University.
