Jonathan Soll is a Senior Privacy Counsel in Global Incident Management and Cybersecurity at ADP, where they assist in investigating and managing data security incidents and compliance with global cybersecurity laws. With over 20 years of experience in privacy, technology, and cybersecurity law, Jonathan has held positions such as Chief Privacy Officer at Western Union and Chief Counsel at Georgia-Pacific LLC. Their expertise includes developing global data privacy compliance programs, handling complex IT agreements, and advising management on data-related legal matters. Jonathan earned a BA in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany and a JD from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
