Jongsung Eo is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in engineering, data science, and operational research. Experience includes working as a QA Engineer and a Development Engineer at Acuity Brands, where automation of testing processes and development of troubleshooting tools were achieved using Python. Jongsung also served as an Application Engineer, focusing on the design and delivery of lighting control systems. Earlier roles included an Operation Researcher Intern at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, optimizing patient flow, and a Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, contributing to projects like customer and patient flow optimization.
