Josh Easter

Josh Easter is a Senior Director of Engineering at ADP, where leadership of the product engineering vision for the ADP Design System is undertaken, serving thousands of internal professionals and millions of end users. Prior to this role, Josh served as Associate Director of Development at S&P Global Market Intelligence, leading product development for a centralized UX Design System across over 80 enterprise applications, and managing complex M&A technical integrations. At IHS Markit, Josh also held the role of Associate Director of Development, overseeing product development initiatives for systems powering more than 80 applications. Early career experiences include positions at Ipreo and Homeward Creative, where expertise in UI development and freelance web design was cultivated. Educational credentials include a Webmaster Certification from North Carolina State University and an Associate of Art and Digital Media from Living Arts College.
