Justin Stanley

Justin Stanley is an accomplished Instructional Designer and Learning Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the field. Having served as an Orchestra Director at Virginia Beach City Public Schools and Cape Henry Collegiate, they developed curricula and conducted needs assessments to enhance student learning. Justin has worked as a Learning Specialist at ADP, where they create engaging eLearning courses and training materials, and currently holds a position as a Learning Design Consultant with ADP. They also serve as adjunct faculty at Virginia Wesleyan University, focusing on innovative teaching methods for adult learners. Justin earned a Master's degree in Music Education from Florida State University.
