Katie Smith, CAPM, A-CSPO, has a diverse professional background, beginning with roles at SAE Institute in Atlanta, where responsibilities included serving as a Career Services Advisor and an Administrative Assistant. During this tenure, Katie facilitated the transition of graduates into the workforce and acted as a key liaison between students and campus administration. Following this, Katie worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Three Pillars Recruiting, effectively connecting clients with talented candidates. Later positions at ADP included Senior Product Manager and Implementation Tech Lead for HCM, as well as Technical Product Consultant II for Applicant Tracking Systems, showcasing expertise in product management and technical consulting.
