Kearon Chase

Kearon Chase is a Data Scientist at ADP since October 2023, bringing a strong background in machine learning and data analysis. Previously, Kearon held the position of Graduate Researcher in Machine Learning at The Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State University from May 2021 to October 2023, where significant contributions included developing an algorithm to combat COVID-19 misinformation in minority groups and automatizing data ingestion pipelines for NLP preprocessing. Kearon also undertook a Research And Development internship at the same laboratory in 2019, focusing on identifying and mitigating strategies from adversaries through image classification. Kearon earned a Master of Statistics from Penn State University in May 2023 and a Bachelor of Science in Computational Data Science in 2021, building a solid educational foundation that began with a high school diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Brooklyn Technical High School in 2017.
