Kelsea Ramirez is a Learning & Development Professional with extensive experience in creating impactful training programs. Kelsea previously worked as an Operations Coordinator at Bridgecrest, where they developed standard training packages and managed team performance. They later served as an Implementation Specialist II at ADP, managing HR applications and consulting with clients on payroll and human resource solutions.
