Ken Glantz

Ken Glantz has over thirty-five years of progressive leadership experience, including roles in global corporate physical security and crisis management, alongside more than twenty years in law enforcement. Currently, Ken serves as the Senior Director of Global Public Safety and Global Crisis Management for Automated Data Processing (ADP), overseeing security for over 240 facilities and more than 60,000 employees worldwide. Ken has also held positions such as Captain at the Orange County Sheriff's Office, where they directed critical infrastructure protection and incident management. Educated with a Master of Arts in Security Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, Ken is a certified Protection Professional through ASIS International.
