Kimberly Freeman

Kimberly Freeman has extensive experience in service execution and compliance, currently serving as a Service Executive at ADP since August 2014. In this role, Kimberly has effectively overseen implementation processes for new and existing clients, focusing on critical areas such as forecasting, client satisfaction, and associate development. Kimberly has held various leadership positions at ADP, including Vice President of Implementation and Vice President of Service and Compliance, contributing to the establishment of the company's Health Care Reform Business. Prior to ADP, Kimberly worked at Sears Holdings Corporation from June 2001 to August 2014, where responsibilities included managing operational functions and guiding decision-making for a National Support Center in the Commercial Division. Kimberly Freeman holds a Bachelor of Science in Education degree in Social Sciences Education from The University of Georgia.
