Kyle Coles

Kyle Coles, SPHR, is a Senior HR Business Partner and Team Lead at ADP, where they work with organizational leaders to design and implement HR initiatives that align with strategic business goals. Previously, Kyle held roles as an HR Business Partner at ADP and Human Resource Team Lead at Administrative Services Group, where they managed teams and developed comprehensive HR policies. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah and an Associate degree in Communications and Sociology from Salt Lake Community College. Kyle has maintained SPHR certification since 2011 and PHR certification since 2009, demonstrating their commitment to professional development in the HR field.
