Laura Erickson

Laura Erickson is currently the ServiceNow & AWS Global Alliance Lead and Director of Strategic Alliances at ADP, where they leverage their expertise in relationship building, consultative selling, and partner ecosystems. They previously worked as a Major Accounts District Manager and Senior Channel Manager at ADP, and held roles at ExaGrid Systems and EMC, where they excelled in driving new business and managing partner relationships. Laura began their career as a Juvenile Probation Officer in New Hampshire before transitioning into the technology sector. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Bridgewater State University.
