Leslie Frank

Leslie Frank is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resource Business Process Outsourcing (HRBPO), currently serving as a Solution Architect at ADP since October 2007. In this role, Leslie conducts needs analysis with prospective client subject matter experts and key management, identifying and integrating business drivers into the overall solution architecture. Previously, Leslie worked as an Implementation Consultant, performing business analysis to ensure client requirements were met while adhering to BPO standards. Prior to joining ADP, Leslie held the position of Payroll Director at Per-Se Technologies from August 1999 to September 2007. Leslie earned a degree from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, as well as from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
