Lijia Wei

Lijia Wei is a Sr. Lead Data Scientist at ADP, where they focus on leading data engineering teams and managing projects involving entity extraction using GenAI. Previously, Lijia held several roles at ADP, including Lead Data Scientist and Manager of Analytics & Data Operations, where they developed predictive models to tackle business challenges in recruiting. Before joining ADP, Lijia was a Lead Research and Evaluation Analyst at HCR ManorCare, leading teams to design analytics and improve reporting processes. They earned a Master's Degree in Applied Statistics from The Ohio State University and hold multiple degrees from Nanjing University, including a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree. Currently, Lijia is pursuing a Ph.D. at The Ohio State University.
