Lisa Arends is a product-minded data leader with a background as a math educator turned business intelligence expert. After 20 years in education, Lisa transitioned into data analytics and product development at ADP, where Lisa led the creation of impactful dashboards and data products. With experience in understanding complex business needs and communicating effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders, Lisa built some of ADP’s most utilized dashboards and collaborated on various data initiatives. Currently, Lisa is pursuing a Master's degree in Math and Science Education at Brenau University. Passionate about leveraging data to solve real-world problems, Lisa mentors new data associates and advises on product strategy.
