Luis Arias

Luis Arias has extensive experience in financial counseling, customer service, and administrative roles. Beginning as a Senior Accountant at HSBC, Luis supervised customer service calls and managed billing issues. In October 2009, Luis worked as a Foreclosure Prevention Analyst at credit.org, assisting borrowers in refinancing and foreclosure avoidance. From February 2013 to July 2018, Luis held multiple roles at Springboard Solutions, ultimately as Counseling Manager, where financial education and eligibility assessments for housing programs were provided. Presently, Luis serves as Sr. Implementation Tax Analyst II at ADP, leveraging expertise in human resources, payroll, and benefits solutions.
