Marcel Bautista

Marcel Bautista is a seasoned Technical Operations Director at ADP, where they have held various leadership roles since 2022. Prior to this, they served as Director Program Management and Technical Program Manager at the same company. Their career began as a Service Manager at SKIDATA from 2004 to 2010, followed by a position as Project Engineer at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from 2010 to 2015. Marcel also worked as a Release Manager and in various program management capacities at iCIMS in 2016. They hold a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University. Marcel is also the author of the publication "Min-Max Life."
