Mark Maico

Mark Maico is a finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at ADP since 2023. Previously, Mark held the positions of Director of Investor Relations at Bausch Health Companies Inc. and Associate Director of Global Commercial Finance at Novartis, where they developed strategic plans and managed substantial budgets. Earlier in their career, Mark worked at Merck in various roles, contributing to significant cost savings and financial forecasting. Mark holds a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University and is pursuing an MBA at New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
